How it works
1. Tell us the facts of one product
The order form has 12 fields: product name, brand, category, materials, dimensions, features, target buyer, keywords you want used, competitor ASINs, tone, marketplace and your email. The copy is built from what you write, so a fact you leave out is a fact the copy will not state.
2. We check the category
We do not write listings for:
- dietary supplements
- health and medical products
- antimicrobial and disinfectant products
- products that make child-safety claims
The form refuses these before any payment. The check is a keyword screen, so it can miss a product described in other words. You remain responsible for the products you list.
3. Pay by card
Payment is on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your full card number and CVC go to Stripe and never reach our server. Stripe shows us the card brand, last four digits and billing country.
4. An AI model writes the copy
The model receives your product facts and our writing instructions, and returns a title, five bullets, a description and backend keywords. Nothing on Amazon is read or changed.
5. The claim check
Before you see the copy, a check compares it with your facts. It looks for numbers, certifications, materials, performance statements and quantities that your facts do not mention, and for absolute health and legal claims such as "clinically proven". If it finds any, the copy is written again once with those phrases ruled out. If the second draft still fails, the order is held and the copy is not shown to you. The check works from word lists. It does not read meaning, so a claim worded another way can pass. Read the copy yourself before you publish it.
6. Length limits
The copy is checked against length limits before delivery: a title of up to 75 characters, bullets of up to 200 characters, a description of up to 1500 characters and backend keywords of up to 249 bytes. The limits are set for the US marketplace only. The title limit is Amazon's published figure. The other three are our own caps, set below every figure we found, and are not Amazon's published limits. Check Amazon's current rules for your category before you publish.
7. Your order page
Your copy is shown on your order page, at a private link, with a copy button for each part. Anyone with the link can read it, so keep it to yourself. Paste the copy into Seller Central yourself. The sample page shows an example of the parts.
8. One clarification and one revision
Each order includes one clarification, to add a fact or correct one, and one revision, to change the wording. Each produces a new version that goes through the same claim check. A clarification writes again from your facts, so wording from an earlier revision is not carried over. Your order page shows the current version, and a new version replaces the one before it on that page. A request is limited to 2000 characters.
