Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order. The published version is at https://bulletwright.com/terms. This file is updated in the same pull request as any change to what the service sells or how it is paid for.

Who provides the service

Bulletwright is operated by Northgate Enterprises LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we"). Contact: legal@northgate-enterprises.com. How we handle personal data is described in PRIVACY.md.

The service

You submit the facts of one product and pay for one order through Stripe Checkout. We return AI-written listing copy: a title, five bullets, a description and backend keywords. An order includes one clarification round and one revision. The copy is written by an AI model and is labelled as such. We do not log in to, or access, any Amazon account.

Your responsibilities

Price, currency and seller of record

Prices are in USD. Stripe is the seller of record for your order, through its Managed Payments service. Stripe handles sales tax, VAT and GST compliance for the order where it applies. Northgate Enterprises LLC provides the service and delivers your copy.

Sales are limited to buyers whose billing country is on Stripe's list of supported countries for Managed Payments. An order from any other billing country is refunded in full and not fulfilled. The list is the one on Stripe's Managed Payments tax-compliance page, https://docs.stripe.com/payments/managed-payments/tax-compliance, which we last copied on 2026-10-07.

Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number and CVC are handled only by Stripe and never reach us. Stripe shows us the card brand, last four digits and billing country.

Ownership of the copy

Subject to payment, you may use the copy delivered for your order for your own listings. Because the copy is AI-generated, we do not promise that it is unique or that any copyright protects it.

No warranty

The service and the copy are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including any warranty that the copy will increase sales, meet any ranking or approval outcome, or be accepted by Amazon.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost sales, listing suspension or account action by Amazon. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim concerns. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; a change applies to orders placed after it is published. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
